Apartment Reviews for Arbors At Branch Creek - Tampa

shawn has been very nice to me i have lived here for about 3 years. Any thing that goes wrong they fix it well the only complaint is the some of the guys that work there look a little scary (but they are really nice). <P>

I really enjoy it at the Arbors. Ive been living here for almost a year.The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any situation. The apartments are very large inside which is a must for me. I also love the spacious lanai for my pets and the parking is never full. I recommend this place for anyone looking for an enjoyable experience. Only negative is the buildings inside could use some touch-up painting.

One of the best apartments I have lived in the last 16 years. We moved to Palm Harbor for a larger place, and closer to work. We regret it. As much as people dislike this place, we loved it. The floorplans are better designed then our current place, the potty patrol may be aggressive, but for us non-dog owners we really miss that aspect of living in the Arbors. Our current apartment lets my neighbors dogs poop anywhere they please, and nobody has to pick up after the dogs. We have to be careful and not walk on the grass. I can believe that the apartments could be loud. However we lucked out, we lived on the 3rd floor, so our noise level from the streets, and adacent neighboors was minimal. The complex is very well laid out. I had very good luck with the maintanance and managment team. Much better and very proactive, compared to my current apartment. We felt safe at the Arbors, and loved, and miss the "resort style" apartment layout. Plus the Valet Garbage pick up is sorely missed. Now that we have a newborn, we have to throw out garbage daily, and the garbage pick up would have been great at my current apartment. The grass may not be greener elsewhere.

Lived here for a year--just renewed because spouse is in school nearby. The apartment is very large and the price is right for us. The noise level is obscene, though. Upstairs neighbors are horrible--playing music loud enough to hear every word in every room of apartment. Management is aware of problem and will call them, but they are inconsiderate and continue to do it. Can hear footsteps overhead all the time--sounds like they are wearing wooden clogs. Units could use better lighting--bathroom and kitchen lighting is inadequate at best. Kitchen could also use additional cabinet space--lots of wasted wall space. But we're renting, so it's not permanent.
