Brandywine Apartments are located about 3 miles outside of downtown Tampa, near I-4. Getting into town is a cinch with nine bus stops within three blocks of the building. Tenants with children will find an elementary and middle school on their block, as well as the Gary Adult High School. Down the road on Hillsborough Avenue, residents can find a bevy of different restaurants, including Church’s Chicken and Salem’s Gyros and Subs. Although renter reviews found the apartments clean, some were unsatisfied due to a pest control problem and the lack of safety tenants felt in the area. However, management is aware of their concerns.
