Apartment Reviews for Bristol Place - Tampa

I have never been to any apartment complex with out flaws, however for as much as I pay here I think its worth the price. The management is brand new and has been completely accomidating, always friendly and most of the time available. As far as safety I am a female and I never feel safe at night anywhere. I have been living here since July 1, 2010 and have never not found a parking spot the new management has stopped towing unless a resident calls the tow company on the person. My only complaint is the upstairs neighbors are loud but the floors are thin and people do not pick up after there dogs. I have recieved notices regarding picking up after pets so they are doing all they can and they have a ton of trash cans and bags are always full and they have talk about putting up a dog park so the residents have a place to bring there dogs. As far as Maintenance they are always there the next day or with in 2 days after I put a work order in and they do everything they can to fix the issues. Every apartment complex has flaws but this one has less then most and my experience has been quite nice and comfortable. I would recommend this complex for younger individuals although I notice there are a lot of families.
