There is really just to much to say but let me say a few things. Roaches, dogs roaming around and crapping anywhere they want the smell of the dog fecies makes you want to vomit, the neighbors are so loud , domestic fights, extremely loud music. Landscape is horrible (what landscaping?) Maintenance is horrible they never do anything you ask and if so they half do everything. Managers obviously dont care about the property because they dont tour the property to see that things look horrible. I would NEVER rent here again or refer anyone.
