If you don't mind getting rained on in your bedroom because the roofers can't do a quality job of fixing the roofs. Then DONT MOVE HERE.

If you want office staff who are friendly and competent then DONT MOVE HERE. The manager has multiple personalities and can not be trusted because SHE LIES to people and even to governmental agencies. There is no corperate number to call and when you send emails to them they go unanswered.

But be late on your rent one time and they will be trying to evict you. Even though they violate their lease agreement with you on a routine basis by not addressing maintenance issues in a timely fashion.
