Review for Brookside Apartments

The area is unsafe and so is the apartment complex. There is drug activity that goes on there too. They have a large number of car break-ins &thefts. The apartments are in very bad condition so you'll probably have an apartment with bad wiring, visible mold and broken appliances like I did. Thin walls where you can hear everything and god have mercy on you if you live downstairs because you can hear people' televisions as well as people walking around and it's worse when they have kids that like to run around and play. Place is full of noise. It's wild there everyday. Thugs always hanging outside knowing when you're coming or going,not well lit at night,seeing street fights amongst neighbors that can't get along,broken gates so anyone can come barging right on in.Uncaring office staff. I'm so glad that I left that place and I'll never return. You better not move there unless you plan on breaking your lease. You'll move out as fast as you moved in.
