Great Place to Live

I have been living here for almost a year now. I plan to sign a new lease when mine Is up. The grounds are amazing and great to look at. The pools are clean the apartments are all really nice. The staff is SUPER nice. The office is great and doesn’t feel like a burden going in asking for something. I have looked around at 20 – 30 different apartments in the area and none are as nice as Camden bay. You will not find a clean, safe, friendly complex like this anywhere. This is a real post from a real person. I know how its hard to find places to live and if you are looking and wondering about Camden Bay. Yes the pictures are 100% correct and yes its an amazing place to live.

Yes camden bay is pretty nice and safe but the problem is too many people have "secret roommates" living in units without being on the lease and that drives up the water prices for other people in the building. If anyone goes out of their way to avoid other people or is only seen during odd hours those are the "secret roommates"
people go on craigslist and put up postings saying they have a room for rent or just invite their friends to live with them so that they can all split the rent and each person gets to pay less but its not legal and it drives up the water bill ! The leasing office either doesn't know this is happening or doesn't care because there are 700+ units at Camden Bay so its hard to keep track of everyone
Some of the people that live in Camden Bay are very creepy they will go out of their way to avoid others, I don't know if it means they're living in the apartments illegally "secret roommates" like someone else said or extremely paranoid but its strange. I once heard a car door slam outside and I looked out the window and saw a clean looking man (dress shirt and tie) coming home from work walking with some groceries from his car to his building but I also noticed a few cars over from his, another man was sitting in his car doing absolutely nothing just waiting for the man to go inside, and then he got out and went to a different building once he knew the man was gone, that is beyond creepy behavior. Also a lot of uhh shady business going on between certain people. This isn't a reflection on the Camden Bay, just saying what type of weird behavior I have seen from people living here. Apart from some of the beyond strange tenants, Camden Bay is fine!
