Amberly Place at Tampa Palms, formerly Camden Live Oaks, is located 10 miles north of downtown Tampa, nestled in the outer edge of the Lettuce Lake Regional Park. Shopping is easy with Skipper Palms Shopping Center and City Plaza at Tampa Palms — as well as Walmart — just two miles away from the complex. For close grocery shopping, the nearby Land & Sea Market will serve residents well. Down Amberly Drive, residents can occupy their minds at Peabody’s Billiards & Games and exercise their bodies at the many fitness and dance centers. Despite the nice location, reviewers complained of pest problems, some noise, and unfriendly maintenance crew.
