Apartment Reviews for Carlyle at Crosstown - Tampa

In November, JMG bought and took over management of what had been "circle at crosstown." The new management is ok - never seem to answer the phone, but the office usually has at least one person working. A really nasty woman - Lissete is gone. They are slow to replace property lights but maintenance in the units is always quick. There is a lot of turnover - maybe they need to screen people better. The pool is really clean, and the grounds, except for the ignorant people who don't pick up after their huge *** dogs.
