The mantance is real slow and you have to remind thme muliple time. I have had a broken kitchen counter, a beeping back up battery for the DSL and an alarm that does not work since I moved in 2 months ago.
The gym is barily usable due to missing equpment. For instance the largest plate they have is 25lbs and they only have one
.
Other than that it is a nice place,but it is definantly not worth the money they ask for.
Also I have had the same issue some one else had on here with golf carts taking up parking spots.

It was originally slated to be luxury condos but the market collapsed before they finished construction. The property is beautiful on the surface but if you really look at it you will see that they cut corners all over the place. They will tell you that the walls are 12” fully insulated and it’s very quite but you will hear your neighbors talking in the unit beside you. You call down to the office asking for someone to get back to you and never hear a response unless you hound them. I have lived in many apartments over the years and this is by far the worst office staff that I have ever had to deal with. If you want a place that has many nice amenities, some shoddy construction / maintenance work and a horrid staff this is it. I can not wait for my lease to expire so I can move somewhere that they know how to run a property.
