Review for Citrus Falls Apartments

We just moved in, couldn't help to notice how rude the management team is. The computers in the office room broke two days after we moved in. They posted a note saying how every resident broke the computers and how abusive everyone is to the computers. Now we didn't even touch them, but we felt responsible. We all know computers break all the time, viruses and stuff. It's just not nice to blame people that pay you your salary in that way. Secondly, the smell is horrible. We asked to do something about it, but they don't seem to care as they (management) don't even live here. Also, there is dog poop everywhere, we asked them to do something about it (we are more like the dog poop town here), but again, nothing is being done about it and their answer is never as good as what you would expect from a management team of such high class apartments. Pools are not heated. So don't even think about using the pool anytime throughout the year, but only about 4 months a year. The rest of the year, the water is so freezing; you can't dare to put your foot in there for two seconds, as your bones start to hurt. The list goes on and on. Simply the management team doesnt seem to belong to this place. They don't care and they are the laziest we have seen.
Oh yeah, the water stinks, sewer smell that is. You think they will do anything about it!!!! Of course not. We have asked them nicely about all that and more, but nothing is being done about it. Also garbage (cow manure) smell is all over the place all times of the day. There is no garbage pickup or bins. There is only one place located at the other side of the apartment complex. So every resident has to carry their garbage all the way (in your car, or simply lift it on your shoulder) and go about quarter of a mile (many residents are elderly).
