We moved to Citrus Falls in 10/03 due to its appearance and the way the staff treated us. In October of 04 we signed a 18 month lease, what a mistake. We were aware that the management would be changing, but thought that the level of quailty would be maintaned. The site has continued to decline in appearance and the level of maintenance and service has went from outstanding to dismal. The hallways are always dirty and trash filled. Tenants have left discarded bedding in the hallways, and management after more that ten days have done nothing to correct the problem. It is a shame that poor management has turned a enjoyable location into just another poorly ran and over priced facility. Needless to say we will not be renewing our lease or providing possitive feedback. A disapointed tenant
