Review for Citrus Falls Apartments

I've moved here 20 months ago and I am counting down the days to MOVE-OUT. I was told by one of Office Personal, if you don't like here why don’t you just move. Even recommended the apartment across the street. Said they had large closet and everything. That is attitude. Well, because at the time when I was feed up. Citrus Falls would of charged me $2500.00 to break my lease. That would of been real smart move. I really wish I would of had more time to do my homework before choosing this place. The Little things become big things when they start adding up. I could make a list of things that have disappointed me. But, to name a few: my refrigerator does not have a good seal. So, I only buy a little bit of food because it goes bad. The ice in the freeze melts daily. They say all of them are like, and this can't be fixed "Wrong Answer". The Closets in the Large 2 bedroom are Super Tiny. Some People choose to sit their trash/ Dog Waste bags outside the doors. Then the other just let their dog MESS ANYWHERE (SIDEWALK & HALLWAY). The Smell coming from the Animal Farm that the property backs up to SMELLS FOUL. Needless to say Rental Office never mentions this MAJOR Defect - while taking you around the property prior to signing a lease. So, do not attempt to open your windows on any given day. The hallways are Super dirty (Especially For a LUXURY Apartment Complex) Yes.
The property is miss leading Gated - One gate that stay open move then CLOSED. Or just walk around on the side, it's only one gate with another property right next door that HAS NO gated nor doesit have a fence/gate dividing it. That was real smart. Why do I care, the added sense of security is what made ME CHOSE this place. The reason I was willing to pay $1300 a month. This is just a few reason, I grade this property at 1.2 on a scale of 5.

ONE GOOD NOTE: MR WALTER THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER - He really tried to take care of your need based on what he has to work with.
Honestly, with the exception of him this place could really use an Overhaul.
