I recently moved into Claymore Crossing and I must say that they are not great but not as bad as some people say. There are a lot of kids which is ok because I have 3 kids. All the kids are inside by 730-8PM. The office staff is very nice and friendly. The only thing i dont like is that maintenace could do a better job at maintaining the grounds, like pressure wash the stairs once or twice a month, knock down the cobbs on the celings in the stairwells & fix the plumbing. Also they really really need more visitor parking. I live in the back and there are like 4 other units and only 5-6 visitors parking which are taken before 7pm.

For the first couple of years we lived here everything was fine. I have noticed in the last year or so it has gotten progressively worse. More ghetto, noisy neighbors slamming their doors or screaming at their kids, trash compacter always full. Luckily, I live on the quieter side of the apartments. They just raised our rent by A LOT right in the middle of the lease. I miss the management we had when we moved in. They have switched management a few times and the current management just isn't as friendly. I try to avoid going in the office.
There are thug looking people hanging outside all the time. I do feel a bit safer knowing there is security at night. There ARE roaches in the hallways but luckily in the 3 years we've been here we haven't had too many in the house. Occasionally you will see a few and then you won't see any for a long time. I always keep the apartment clean.. Our neighbors are too lazy to carry their trash so they just drag it down the stairs leaving garbage and stains everywhere. I haven't seen them pressure wash the stairs in months.
I mean overall the apartments are a decent size and nice inside. We never have problems with the office because we pay our rent on time every month since we've been here. The internet has decent connection, cable channels are good. The biggest problem here are the trashy neighbors and visitors who make it unpleasant to walk outside.
Overall, we are getting tired of apartment life and if this place gets any worse, we may move on.

I live there and I hate it the property manager needs to handle business the way she should they charge you if your garbage bag is by the compacter, if the compacter was not always full you can put your garbage in there but no they want you to take nasty stinking garbage back to your apartment until maintenance get the trash up and you call maintenance and they don't show up.

I have lived here for a few months now and I can say that I enjoy living here. The apartments are really nice and you get more than you pay for. The upstairs neighbors a little noisy, but if it gets bad a call to the office is all it takes.
