Rented: From 2007 To 2009

Almost everything about this place sucks. They leave the trash piled up for weeks. There is mold/mildew in the apartments. Maintenance takes about 3 weeks to fix something. Windows leak. Dirty everywhere. The "locked gate" has never been closed in 2 years. I have seen drugs done here. You can hear EVERYTHING that your neighbor does/says. Most people complain about parking (I don't have a problem). Office staff is beyond incompetent. They had my car towed with my parking sticker on it! (there was bird poop ontop of the sticker). They spilled white paint on my coffee table. I had to sew them to get everything fixed. I won...of course.
But you do get a HUGE apartment for cheap. Wonder why.
