The worst living experience numerous issue some fixed and addressed not in a timely manner some not fixed yer.Three months of living hell. AC unit broken causing $205 electric bill 2 months running .When speaking to manager named Kim she recommends for me to go to home depot spend money out of my pocket to purchase a fan!!!!!!!!!I pay alot of money for this dump!!!!8 on your side is being contacted.Stay away from Deerpath on the Lake in Tampa
