Apartment Review for Equestrian Parc

Hi,
Some of the apartments in Equestrian Parc are owned by individual people. I lived in one of these apartments owned by a person called Peter Charland (18107, Back Stretch Lane), Tampa, Florida -33647. He took a security deposit of $800 along with a rent of $800. First, he never provided me lease agreement. Next, when I vacated the apartment and called him about my Security deposit, he did not answer the call for 2 months(though I called him and sent him email every week). So, if you are looking for apartment, please dont get into this apartment as you might very well say Good-Bye to your security deposit.
