Apartment Reviews for Granada Apartments - Tampa

Granada Apartments had some rough patches a couple of years back. Tenants complained that management was unresponsive and maintenance was slow to respond. Around 2012, the management staff has changed and things are turning around. The grounds are kept clean (with the occasional weekend trash but is quickly cleaned), maintenance is quick to fix any issues, and the management staff cares about the tenants. Granada Apartments is conveniently located near International Plaza and Bay Street, two major grocery stores, and the USF Sun Dome, and the Raymond James Stadium.
