Words cannot describe how horrible my experience has been with grand central. When I moved in they told me all my utilities were included...what they didnt tell me was how I had to pay for the chilled air to be pumped to my room. The electric bill for this averaged $140 a month! On top of having "included utilites". My neighbors are always fighting and screaming at all hours of the night. Yes, and if you like to have friends over be prepared for them to pay to park. I am pretty nice guy but i couldnt expect people to pay to hang out with me. The people who leased me the apartment are complete idiots. Some guy carlos told me what I wanted to hear...to get em to lease a basic used car salesman...All in all with all of the concessions they gave me living here hasnt been that bad. I just would rather live in a place where I wasnt constantly being lookd down on by condo owners...
