Rented: From 2008 To 2009

I've been at Grand Central for nearly 10 months and can't wait to move. Plumbing issues are a constant for the entire complex. Randomly, there wont be hot water for days at a time. When repairing, they take the water down for a full 24 hours. Remarkably, this has happened 7-10 times in the last 6 months. In addition to this, they've had a huge infestation problem in the trash shoots which have spread to the entire complex. Property management's response: you are responsible for pest control inside the unit.

This complex has serious issues. Avoid it at all cost.
