This is a very contemporary, edgy, urban property, lots of young people, cool bar where you can bring your DOG in the building. Granite, viking appliances, pool, gym. Really nice.

We moved into a studio while waiting for a larger unit to open up. This place was almost at 100% occupancy. Interestingly, unlike the previous review, it is so quiet that I can't tell that any body else even lives here!
We are renting direct from the developer and the headstaff, Don and Linda, have gone out of their way to be accomadating. At first we were very unhappy that the unit we wanted was not as we imagined and scrambled to find another unit that was suitable. Don took his time to go over contracts to find one opening up for us and before we moved in, he had the place repainted and recarpeted. All maintanence issues are quickly addressed by Phillip who is extremely nice and helpful.
We have a great view, great parking and live in a great location to everything Tampa has to offer.
