Apartment Reviews for Grand Reserve At Tampa Palms - Tampa

Just happened across this site & had to add my 2 cents when I saw the bad reviews. Moving from Pennsy, we lived in this complex on the top floor of 3, from June 2001-02, then bought a house. Our experience: maintenance staff & response time was fantastic. A/C went out several times & there were many plumbing leaks - all attended to immediately, even on weekends. Office staff was helpful & courteous - yes, not sharpest pencils in box but what do you expect for HS graduate level position. Only bad thing, there were lots of those silver fish bugs even though apt was sprayed every month. The common areas & grounds were well kept & breezeways clean. The mgmt struggled to get folks to clean up after their dogs, those rules seemed ignored. When we left it did seem like there were more college kids cramming many people into apartments & loud music. Complaints were addressed as I would see the notices hung on doorknobs. Anyway, overall the Grand Reserve was fine for apartment living. <P>
