If you are looking for a nice apartment to live in don't live at Greenwich Commons in Tampa, FL. I was looking for a quiet place to live where there are no kids and was told there were none here because they were one bedroom units. I was lied to since it seems that over the past few months several families moved in with kids. How do you aqueeze a family with 2 or more children into a one bedroom apartment? Maintenance is a real problem as well. It takes them forever to respond to your request and it may not get done correctly. This is an old apartment complex and in a very damp location. The management seems to allow very ignorant and unruly people live here, which makes it very difficult for the good ones who are here. Management doesn't seem to be organized and doesn't seem to care about your complaints. You are better off living elsewhere.
