We luckily stumbled upon this small apartment community in 2007 when we first moved to Tampa. In the past 2 years, we have stayed in love with Greenwich Commons Apartments. The management and tenents are very nice, quiet people. Everyday, I can park in front of my apartment. There is an on-site washer/dryer facility whose rates are comparable to laundromats (a little cheaper, actually). The pool isn't always in working order, but that is the biggest con. I've lived on the second floor, so I've never had to combat any flooding. Any time that we've had an issue (AC, etc.) it has been promptly repaired. Overall, I give my stay here 5 stars and would definitely recommend Greenwich Commons to those who want somewhere peaceful to live.
