Apartment Reviews for Island Walk - Tampa

I haven't even been living here a year and I'm ready to move out! First of all the parking is always full and I can never seem to find a spot close to my home so I end up parking around the entire building. Second, the bugs always seem to be an issue. I've been here six months and have had pest control out at least four times for roaches or ants. Grosses me out when I set something I'm eating down for a couple minutes, come back to a roach enjoying my food. The neighbors are kinda creepy too! At first I didnt think about my front door being next to my neighbors front door would be weird but it is. Oh and when I first moved in we did the walk through and everything was fine. I only had two requests, one was to fix the cabinets which they did right away. The second request was to re **** the grout in the bathroom because it was almost black grouting on the walls in the shower and the tub floor looked dirty but still til this day nobody has done it. Funny how when they show you an apartment its one with the dock and waterfront but when you get your keys your apartments view is the street and parking lot.. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Unless you want to get ripped off.
