Sentinel Is Clueless

Rented: From 2002 To 2008

America First Apartment Investors, Inc. agreed to be purchased by New Sentinel Real Estate Corp. for $532 million Sentinel Real Estate although a major force in the real estate market knows nothing about customer service. The communications tenants have with the local property management and more importantly with Terry Allen, their Tampa-based supervisor have been almost nil. Instead of welcoming tenants to the Sentinel family we were met with a bevy of memos telling us to remove beautiful plants from in front of our apartments! No one has explained the vision or how they view of Lakes of Northdale’s value as a managed property.
