Apartment Review for Landings At Cypress Meadow

The ghetto maintenance crew they have here are the dirtiest, convict looking men in Northdale. I have no clue why they would think to hire these people and trust them going into peoples homes. When I moved here I immediately changed my locks when I was approached by a guy who could hardly speak English, was holding up his pants and had an attitude with me. I know for a fact they all smoke weed because some of them hang out next door to me and get high. They absolutely suck at what they do. They should really do background checks and drug testing for individuals that’s jobs are to be trusted by entering peoples home! They never clean up around the place. The trash compacter is always full of garbage all around it. I had to speak to the corporate office at one point because they messed up my rent bill one month and she threatened to kick me out over a mistake they made! She told me twice to shut up and listen to her. I have no clue how any of these people have jobs. My rent went up $100.00 in one year. They never repaired anything here that I asked them too. I complained I was getting harassed by one of my neighbors who repeatedly would wait in front of my door with liquor bottles surrounding him for me to come home at night. He would knock on my door at all hours of the night. I told them multiple times and nothing was ever done about it. This is not a safe place to live or a clean place at all!!!!!! Do not move here. Pay the extra money to move somewhere else.
