Apartment Review for Landings At Cypress Meadow

I lived here for one year and chose not to renew my lease. The carpet in my apartment was filthy when I moved in and the linoleum had tears in it. The dumpster was always overflowing with garbage and grassy areas in complex are full of dog feces. When I moved out, I never received a refund of my deposit, instead I received a bill for bogus charges such as carpet and linoleum replacement, toilet seat replacement, which I replaced my own on move-in and wall repairs, although I never placed any picutes or frames on the walls. They even included a charge for new drip pans for the stove, what a joke! Several neighbors received the same bill on move-out so beware!
