Just moved in to Landmark at Avery Place a month ago and I absolutley love it here. The office staff is very friendly and have a great sense of humor. When I moved in, there was a special welcome home gift waiting for me on my kitchen counter. I'm happy I chose Avery Place as my new home.

I have lived here for the past 11 years and I love it here. I don't know whats wrong with these people giving such crappy reviews on here. All I can say is I love it here and I plan on renewing my 12th lease in Sept. Office employees are always willing to help and maint fixes anything that breaks right away.

I have had a great experience with Landmark at Avery Place. The office is very responsive to my inquiries/maintenance calls.
Whoever they have for the Landscaping is Fantastic.
I met the guy that won the flat screen TV. (congrats)
The breakfast with the Omelet guy was really great and alot of fun! Thank you to the office.
I am definitely renewing my lease when it comes up for renewal.
Cannot wait to see what they do next.
