Review for Milana Reserve Apartments

After living there for about two years I was almost going to rent again until the new management took over. Once the new staff was in place they hired out contractors to redo the unit. We were given at most 2 days notice and when they came in our school projects which were in the living area were broken when the work was in the kitchen!

Also, the office staff are so rude. There is always a different person when I go there and most of them don't even want to answer any of my questions. When I showed proof that a certain thing they did had broken my contract they disagreed even though I had proof in my hands.

There is no security and my roommate and I have had beer bottles thrown on our porch areas from other tenants parties and a pervert who molested our sliding glass door.

I can never find a parking space since other tenants throw so many parties and their guests take up the spaces.

We have had so many noise problems. Every night there are people standing outside of our building smoking, drinking, and playing load music until two in the morning.

We have had a lot of problems with our unit because when we received it the sliding door was broken as was the heating and electric. Out door is still broken and when repair men came to fix our electric he said that the past repair men connected the wrong wires so bad that he was surprised that out apartment hadn't been in more trouble.


Overall, if you want a place with load drunks, dogs that are left outside and bark all night, want to pay a high price for a place that is right next to the train, and where the contracted peoples leave a dirty mess in your unit that you have to clean then leave your place unlocked until you get back... Then THIS is the place for you.
