Apartment Review for Palencia Apartments

My husband and I have lived at Palecia for 6 years, we did not plan on living here this long. We love the view of the lake every evening, sitting on the patio and relaxing! We always enjoy walking into the leasing office and talking with the leasing staff and management they have always been very nice. The guys in maintenance are always friendly and very helpful. We have made great friends while living at Palencia and would tell everyone how much we love living at Palencia.
