Review for Pointe At South Florida, The Apartments

Signing a lease here was the worst deciasion of my life! First of all they made me pay for the first full month when they would only let me stay there six days. Within the first month our washer leaked everywhere and we found disgusting black mold that was never attended to. A company came in and ran fans for 48 hours and we had to argue with the staff to get them to take it off our electric overage. I live right by the office and the residents play basketball all hours of the night. Parking is fine if you pay extra to have a coverted spot otherwise it is a free for all. The people are obnoxious and the office staff is terrable. I would not even recommend this place to people I didn't like. At one point i was threatened in the parking lot i called the curosy officer and he did not pick up or return my call, and the office staff didn't really seem to care. Instead of a normal key they give you a magnetic stripe card that always gets demagnitized have fun trying to get into you apartment dodging bullets and your key wont work, this place is ghetto! There is nothing good about this place, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!
