Thank God I Did Not Move In

I was about to move into this place on 7-31-09 but when I heard the reputation and read the reviews about these apartments(gunshots at night, fights and bed bugs among other things), I decided not to move in. The manager name Elaina was very obnoxious and rude when I told her to cancel my application. when I tried to contact her on the phone, one of her leasing soldiers told me the manager was too swamped to take my call. I understood the $35 application was not returnable, but I was surprised when they told me the deposit and other fees was also not returnable. I rather loose my money than go into a nightmare for one year.
