Review for Pointe At South Florida, The Apartments

i have very mixed feelings about the pointe...most all of the office staff are helpful to people who are respectful. dont get me wrong a few of them are just dumb. your not going to find a better deal than the rates...everything is included....INCLUDING BEDBUGS!!!! yes i had them....it was an extreme disgusting inconviencie to me...i must say though management was helpful and they were treated and now gone in a timely manner. i was reimbursed for my laundry bill without problem and electric for the month due to the multiweek process. it really does feel like home here though. i live in a 2x2 with someone i know so im sure that makes it 100x better...i would not like to be "placed into an apt. with some of the people here. It looks to me the majority of residents are students. but there are also some families and older looking residents. if you are smart and mind your own( and for your own sake know all the people you will be living with) and are looking for an economical choice close to usf. i would recommend the pointe. if you have money keep looking because there are definitely better places out there...hope this review helps.
