Review for Riverchase Apartment

I strongly don't recommend moving here. First of all, there is dog poop all over the place - no one cleans up after their dog. The residents feed the alligators in the rivers. The walls of the apartments are very, very thin. You can hear everything your neighbors do. We experienced many sleepless nights due to our neighbor's dogs barking many times until 3:00am. Everytime I needed something from the leasing office or had a question, the right person was never available to answer my question or never returned calls. They raised the rent rediculously high for 2009 (like $900+ for a 2/2 apartment!) You can find MUCH nicer places for that price. Furthermore, when my husband and I moved out they did not return our security deposit but tried to charge us money for items not cleaned. We scrubbed that apartment spotless before leaving, probably cleaner than when we moved in. They're just looking for ways trying to take our money. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
