Rocky Creek is situated near the 589 and the Tampa International Airport, 6 miles east of downtown Tampa. Tenants with a hankering for fresh produce can head over to the Sweetwater Organic Community Farm on Sundays. For a nice place to study or read, tenants can walk a few blocks to the Town ‘N Country Regional Library. In spite of the location, tenant reviews felt that management was ineffective at maintaining the grounds and units.
