Sabal Palm at Carrollwood Place is a very spacious complex located close to Lake Park, USF Botanical Gardens, and North Pointe Plaza. Within the last couple of years, the management staff has changed and reviewers feel the property has been effected by the change. Not everyone agrees; some tenants did say that management was helpful and addressed issues quickly. Though there have been isolated complaints of theft, the police now patrol that area to make sure everyone is safe.
