When you live in a large complex you are totally dependent on the complex protecting quality tenants from bad tenets. When that does not happen, then you are in for chaos. That is indeed what has happened at Seaport Channel side over the last few months. It is almost daily that when you exit your apartment you step into dog urine, droppings or the results of a sick animal across all areas of the hallway. It is like living in UN caged kennel. If you visit the complex you cannot miss the animal smell in all of the hallways. Vigilante signs are easy to find throwing negative commentary at the abusers, but to no avail.

A key point when considering renting in a complex that has concrete flooring, don’t. While you might think that means quite, just the opposite. It is like being at a rock concert all night. If you like to sleep, good luck, that ain’t going to happen.
