Apartment Review for Seaport Channelside

I have been living at Seaport Channelside since 12/09 and am very happy about my decision to relocate from Westchase. The staff has been extremely friendly since the minute i walked in the leasing office. Maintenance staff has always responded to my requests in a timely manner. The other residents are nice and i have made many friends in a very short period of time. My apartment is for all intents and purposes "brand new". I have referred this property to both business and personal associates and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to be close to downtown Tampa. I love walking to Splitsville and St. Pete Times Forum.

On another note I recently decided to adopt a dog from the humane society and the property manager, Carol, personally helped me with the paperwork to get everything approved. Thanks Carol!
