Apartment Review for Sterling 42nd Street

This is the worst management crew I have ever encountered. There are a select few who are willing to help you but be aware that they are mostly inexperienced college students doing the management. They lose documents, tell you lies about when things wills be ready,and are down right unorganized. I thought moving in here would be beneficial since it's next to campus but I was unaware of the consequences...majority of the residents are freshmen and very NOISY! You can't get decent sleep because the walls are paper thin and there's always screaming and hollering going on at all hours of the night. Although the building is new it's rapidly deteriorating due to the drunken residents unable to clean after themselves, this includes urinating/throw up on the staircase. Please avoid this place at all means.
