Review for Sun Pointe Lake Apartments

I moved into this apartment and within months, my apartment got infested with roaches. I called the leasing office to fix it and it took them more than a month to finally send someone to do something. Then when they sent the guy, the problem never got solved. I had to keep calling them constantly everyday about it and end up having to deal with the roaches until the remainder of my lease. Then whenever I called them to fix my AC and smoke detector, it took them weeks to get it done. Obviously, having a defective smoke detector didn't seem to be a concern to them. Whenever maintenance would come by my apt, they would always remove my things and never put them back where they got it from or leave a notice stating that they were there and what they fixed. I would come home from class at night and meet my things not in order and my light on and see no notice of them ever being there unless I call the leasing office. Sunpointe Lake is the worse place you could live in. I know there are places that are worse, but giving the location of the apartment, it is ridiculous. Management over there is horrible and nothing ever gets fixed at that place. I would never ever recommend this place for anyone to live especially if they have kids.
