Apartment Reviews for Sweetwater Cove Apartments - Tampa

In most reviews, tenants loved the location of Sweetwater Cove Apartments, which is just off Memorial Highway right next to the river. One tenant love it’s close proximity to schools and shopping. Three malls are within a 10 mile radius of the community and the airport is merely minutes away. Tenants love the friendly staff and how quick maintenance responds to any issue. Residents also like the fact that security is tight and how secure they feel in this complex. A few reviewers did not have a good experience with the staff and agreed the complex could get noisy, but the located was perfect.
