Review for The Carlyle At Waters Apartments

Place is unsafe! Dead body left in car in parking lot. People dealing drugs and smoking pot in the parking lot. Car thefts and vehicle break ins all of the time. Neighbors fight and beat each other up. Little boy attacked and beaten and robbed in broad daylight by a piece of shit who wanted his radio. Ducks poop in the pool, along with baby diapers in the pool. Vomit, beer bottles and trash in stairwells and balconies for months with no clean up! Cannot use laundryroom or your clothes will get stolen. Police cars coming and going all of the time. Loud rap music. People block in your car so you cant get out. I think most of renters are now section 8. They all hang out in the parking lot looking stupid. Grocery carts all over the place, in the balconies, parking lot. Stray cats and kittens all over. There is even a giant pitbull that runs loose with no leash while his thuglike owner throws sticks for him to catch. He has ran up to little girls and thankfully only sniffed them. Nothing good about this place, dont move in here.
