These apartments are a good price for Tampa. The Landings At Cypress Meadows has the usual pool and playground available but also basketball, volleyball and spa. The maintenance crew responds promptly to any requests. Some reviews claim management "doesn't care" but that has not been my experience. Sunshine state living is good at The Landings At Cypress Meadows.

everyone is pretty friendly its a quiet neighborhood anytime i had problems they have responded very quickly to my maintenance problem you can expect a call back within a hour. only thing that i dont like is that their are designated areas for people who have pets and some people ignore the rules let their animals roam without any lease or let them go to bathroom on the grounds.
