This review is bogus. I have seen it pop up wherever you can admit a review for the PALM. Since their rating is so low, they need to bump it up so lying (which is their specialty) is the way to go.
This was the worse place I've ever lived in my life. It's infested with roaches, the staff is rude and they are liars. I had a leaking A/C the entire time I was there.
My mom had terminal cancer and these lowlifes refused to fix the leaky A/C (so there was a bucket in between her room and the hall leading to the bathroom which is a hazard for blind women). She died a month before the lease expired and i was told BY THE PARK AT LAKE MAGDALENE that given the circumstances, not to worry. I wouldn't get fined.
I am currently in collection and have a huge blemish on my CR. They refuse to return my calls and I am now getting legal assistance which is something I really would rather not do since my mother just died and I'd really like to put that whole experience behind me.
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Keep your doors locked and don't expect too much from management. I hope you air works!
