Review for The Park At Lake Magdalene Apartments

When I moved in, I told the office staff about the covers peeling off my kitchen cabinets. I was told that in order for them to be fixed I would have to take everything out of the cabinets and that it would take at least a week to fix. I work nights and can't have someone in here while I'm trying to sleep. People leave their garbage on their front steps letting it reek up the place. I have complained and taken pics to the office and it continues. BBQ grills in front of apts instead of on their patios. No assigned parking and no limit on the number of cars for each unit. People let their dogs use the bathroom in front of the units. My front door smells like wet dog and I don't have a pet. Don't get me started on maintenance. My A/C hasn't worked properly since I moved in. I have had it worked on several times and even asked to have it replaced. No go. It seemed like a nice neighborhood when I moved in but some questionable characters have moved in since they changed owners. When I mentioned that to the property manager she said they do a complete criminal background check on everyone that moves in. Yeah, right. Not a safe place for a female that lives alone and works nights. Oh, and your rent has $50/month added on for water. I don't use that much water by myself. I'm moving before my lease is up!

Yep. This place is a bottomless pit of scum.
