Ok, this place was built in like the 70's, so it is old. Some of the buildings have roaches and some don't, just call and request pest control come out, they are there every month. Yes, they add $30 to $50 on for water, but you don't have to pay to heat the water, so you save on the electric bill. The patios are really nice. I have a hammock and plants on mine. I will agree that the place has gone down hill in the last year in terms of the people living there. I would suggest living near the leasing office as those buildings do not seem to have the shady people living there like the buildings in the back. There is always plenty of parking.
