Apartment Review for The Park On Waters

I have only been here for a few weeks and my experience has been a total NIGHTMARE! Everything in this complex is ancient and needs to be replaced. The plumbing is horrible and the maintenance people don't know how to fix anything! This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in the past 12 years living in Tampa. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This place is a huge joke.
