What is your problem. Are we talking about the same Park on Waters? I've been living here for over a year and cannot agree with your opinion. The entire crew maintenance and office staff are great. Helpful, courteous, and very professional. They all seem to love and enjoy their jobs. I guess you just can't please everyone.

It is good to see that some people realize what the truth is all about. The person that responded before me to this review is absolutely right. Most of the individuals that have anything negative to say about The Park on Waters and it's staff, have either had issues that had to be addressed by the staff doing their jobs or are just miserable people that obviously cannot not be satsified no matter what effort are made to do so. Speaking for myself and other satified residents all that should be said is, keep up the great job, your efforts are recognized by those of us that matter.

The back gate is not broken the staff keep it close to keep us safe from the riff-raff that would come in and start trouble and speed out the back gate. Now they do not have access and so they keep out. People that complain are the trouble makers that lived here and got evicted for fighting and selling drugs. Since the new management took over this place have gone up to 100%
