Review for The Park On Waters Apartments

I have lived here for many years now. I have seen some progress in the past 6 months,But I also have seen a lot of negligence and poor management. One is the pool by building 20. They don't care about keeping it clean. I went there today 3/19/09 and its full of leaves like everyday since the new Management company has taken over. This should betaken care of everyday. This is Florida and the tenants wanna swim and enjoy the pool and pool area. I know of a few tenants like me that are not renewing their lease here. The pool lights have not worked in about 1 year now and the pool deck lights have not worked in about 2 years. Number two is the GATES...The one by Armenia has not worked in months, So much for a second exit or even a FIRE EXIT. They say the owners have not agreed to fix it yet. the owners must be on a 6 month vacation from what the Office tells us. The main gates by Waters av, Those only work part-time and management has not fixed them either. Are they going to keep the gates opened or closed? They do what they want in the office sometime we'll close them and sometimes we'll just leave them open,,duhhhh....Poor Office management and Poor Owners that apparently do not care...Do yourself a big favor "DO NOT MOVE HERE' and you will save time, money and many headaches

Your concerns are noted. But not entirely true. I have lived here for a while and since that time have not had any issues. The gates have worked fine and the pool areas always seem to look good. Except maybe for those days that mother nature throws a fit. I always see the maintenance crew hurry about to get the job done. Why is it that only the unhappy respond to these reviews. Well I am a happy resident and feel that a positive response is necessary. Give props where they are due. By the way, the office staff and manager are very obvious about taking care of everyones concerns in a very quick time frame.

Only the trouble makers complain, come and see the place for yourselves and you will see that it is a safe and quite place to live in...I should know, I have lived here going on three years and I have no complaints.
